1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ClawVibe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

ClawVibe is a voice and chat client application for iOS that connects to self-hosted OpenClaw servers. The App provides a voice interface, text chat, and related features for communicating with AI agents hosted on your own infrastructure.

3. Your OpenClaw Server

The App requires connection to an OpenClaw server that you provide and maintain. You are solely responsible for:

  • The operation, security, and availability of your OpenClaw server.
  • Any AI model providers your server connects to and their respective terms of service.
  • All data processed by your server, including message content and AI responses.
  • Compliance with applicable laws regarding AI-generated content in your jurisdiction.

4. Device Pairing & Authentication

The App uses a device token system to authenticate with your OpenClaw server. You are responsible for keeping your device and pairing credentials secure. If you believe your device token has been compromised, unpair your device through the App and re-pair it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Generate, distribute, or store illegal content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.

6. AI-Generated Content

Responses received through the App are generated by AI models running on your OpenClaw server. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You acknowledge that:

  • ClawVibe does not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of AI responses.
  • You should not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
  • You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of ClawVibe. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the App is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawVibe and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages from AI-generated content, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
